Ⅰ. Outline
Manual hydraulic rotary hand pump operator for valves is basically composed of two components transmitter and actuator. Normally the transmitter is installed at any convenient place for easy operation, where as the actuator is installed on top of the valve body. The transmitter and the actuator are connected by a pair of small tubings which are used for transmitting the hydraulic pressure from the transmitter to the actuator to open or close the valve. One tubing is used for opening the valve, and the other is for closing.

Ⅲ. Operating Principle
Manual hydraulic rotary hand pump operator for valve is a driver for the hydraulic power unit, which was widely used in the hydraulic valve is opened or closed and the equipment consists of oil tank, handwheel, hydraulic control valves,check valves and relief valve.
1. Lock valve
In case the tubings connecting the transmitter and the actuator are damaged for a certain reason loss of hydraulic oil out of the system take splace causing the valve to move from the original position.
Lock valve is a safety device to prevent the valve from being opened or closed even in the abnormal case as above. By adding this lock valve to the actuator the hydraulic pressure in the actuator could be maintained at a constant level maintaining the valve position unchanged until the damaged part has been recovered.
2 . No End Structure
Because the valve hydraulic manual pump adopting the no end structure, even if the valve has reached the final position, the handwheel can continue to rotate inthe valve, over flow valve in control always keep safety in the pressure value,and not on the whole system caused by mechanical damage.
Ⅳ.Preparation
1. Open the tank cover, Injecting oil intostorage tank to oil full nut, and inlater operation process should pay attention to keep the fuel tank always innormal oil level.
2. The connecting pipe must be made before the compressed air pipeline rinse.Then connected on the corre sponding hydraulic pipeline.
3. Release controlled valve on two pipejoints,turn the handwheel clockwise,to pump oil from the distal end of the closed pipe junction out flow,to turn the hand wheel,until the discharging airi n a pipeline which links(this process may be continued for a few minutes,due to pipeline length factors)
4. When the pipe out of the oil without the bubbles,connected to corresponding controlled vale pipe jiont,to turn the hand wheel,and hydraulic valve hand wheel torque increases ignificantly,illustrate the controlled valve is fully closed,the completion of commissioning.
5. Hand wheel counter clockwise,debugging open line,repeat the above 4.3and 4.4 steps.
V. Valve hydraulic manual pump device operation method.
1. Hand wheel counter clockwise to open the valve,turn the hand wheel clockwise to close the valve. When the hand wheel rotation causes the valve to fully open or fully closed position,you will feel the hand wheel weight,Continue to rotate the handwheel until the mechanical valve position indicator indicates that the valve position is fully open or closed then you can stop the rotation of a hand wheel, if the pressure exceeds the safe pressure,the safety valve will automatically open.
2. As the valve hydraulic manual pumpis a no end structure,which allows the hand wheel heavier can continue torotate without causing damage to the whole system of mechanical overload.
3. After operation, theno-return valve will automatically lock to stop the oil liquid flowing in the pipeline,in order to prevent the force on the valve which causes the valve tomove, The valve will remain in the last operating position for a certain period of time(fully openor fully closed position).
4. Valve position indicator:Installation in a manual pump unit on the valve position indicator for indicating the last operation only after the end of the valve to open,closed,the pointer in the displacement process does not mean valve“open”or”close”，The actual iocation.Switch bypass-valve open and close,And then to rotate the hand wheel can be adjusted up and down,the valve position indicator needle position.
