Function introduction
This product is a small-hydraulic power unit equipped with electro-hydraulic actuator,which is designed and produced independently by our company by our company through the introduction of advanced hydraulic control technology from Europe.The pump, motor and hydraulic control components in the unit are all high-quality proudcts of international leading brands. The opening/closing of the single acting power unit F4-DCB is driven by hydraulic pressure,and it resets by mechanical spring.The out of power of power unit is 1.0L/min, 2.15L/min, 4.3L/min, 6.0L/min respectively, which can be flexibly selected according to the user's switching tim erequirements of the actuator .The common regulating electro-hydraulic actuator adopts frequency degree arbitrarily according conversion motor, which can adjust the valve opening degree arbitrarily according to the control signal of 4 ~ 20mA,and the adjustment accuracy is about 0.6-0.8%. High precision adjusting type is driven by high performance servo motor, the highest adjustment accuracy can reach about 0.1-0.2%.
All above mentioned electro-hydraulic actuators can achieve explosion-proof design.

Ⅲ Working principle of F4-DCB hydraulic power unit

The control signal of the valve is from the Integrated Circuit Control cabinet (DCS communication interface)
1) Opening the Valve: When the power unit F4-DCB receives the valve opening signal, the solenoid valve cuts off the bypass oil circuit,and the motor starts to drive the hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic oil to “the valve opening port” of the actuator until the actuator is completely opened. At this point, the limit switch of the actuator sends a signal to cut off the motor power supply and simultaneously sends a signal of "VALVE OPEN" to the control cabinet(Note:After the valve is opened, the solenoid valve needs to remain in the power state to keep the valve open).
2)Closing the Valve: When the power unit F4-DCB receives the valve closing signal, the signal of the solenoid valve is cut off, the bypass oil circuit is opened, and the actuator is closed by spring force. At this point, the limit switch of the actuator sends a signal of "VALVE CLOSE" to the control cabinet.
3) Intelligent Adjusting Valve Control: When the valve opening degree adjustment is required, the actuator is equipped with signal generator and PLC. Under the control signal of 4 ~ 20mA, the actuator's 0° ~ 90° stroke positioning can be adjusted.
4)Three-Break State Valve Position: When "three-breaks (power off, signal off, pressure off)” occur in the process of hydraulic unit operation, then the autour keeps in place.
5) Automatic Pressure Holding System: F4-DCB series electro-hydraulic actuators have automatic pressure holding system, and the power unit has automatic
pressure holding function.
6) Valve Jammed Alarm: When the actuator gets the signal of open /close valve, but the valve is jammed and cannot be fully opened/closed, the electric motor of the hydraulic unit is cut off by the preset time relay in the electric control cabinet and simultaneously sends out the valve jammed alarm.
7) Emergency On-Site Operation: The actuator is equipped with emergency operation interface, in the case of "three-break", the valve actuator can be opened / closed by portable emergency hand pump.

Remark:
1、Before installation, hydraulic components such as oil cylinder, oil pipe and joint must be clean and free from any impurities.
2、Hydraulic oil viscosity should be 15~68CST, should be clean without impurities, recommended to use R32# hydraulic oil.
3、The hydraulic power unit is suitable for horizontal or vertical installation.
4、After starting the operating system for the first time, immediately check whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient.
5、After the first 100 hours of use, the hydraulic oil should be replaced. Later, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3000 hours of use.
